Responsible use

Can AVIORA Word make up a Bible reference that doesn't exist?+
Like any AI tool, it's important to check the Bible reference cited before sharing it — especially in public settings such as a sermon or a class. Treat the answer as a starting point for your own study, not as the final source.
Is the content suitable for any denomination?+
The content is written from a general biblical perspective. Always review the material in light of the tradition and specific convictions of your church or small group before using it.

Account & subscription

Can I try it before subscribing?+
Yes. You can try AVIORA Word for free, no credit card needed. Use "Try for free" to start. To subscribe, you'll need to create an account or log in.
How much does it cost, and how do I pay?+
Prices are shown in US dollars on the subscription screen, with a monthly and an annual option. Payment is made by credit or debit card on a secure page hosted by Stripe — AVIORA never sees or stores your card number. Your plan is unlocked as soon as the payment is confirmed, which usually takes a few seconds.
I paid, but my plan doesn't show up yet. What should I do?+
Wait a few seconds and refresh the page. If it still doesn't show after a few minutes, email us at contato@useaviora.com.br using the same email as your AVIORA account, and we'll sort it out.
Does my subscription renew automatically?+
Yes. Paid plans renew automatically every month or every year (depending on the plan you chose) until you cancel. The price and billing period are shown before you pay.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Sign in, open My Account, and choose Manage subscription. There you can cancel in one step, update your card, and see your invoices. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you prefer, you can also email contato@useaviora.com.br from your account email.
Can I get a refund?+
Annual plan: yes — a full refund within 14 days of any annual payment, including an automatic renewal. After that, the payment is non-refundable, but cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. Monthly plan: we don't issue partial refunds for a month that has already started; you can cancel anytime to stop the next charge. To request a refund, email contato@useaviora.com.br from your account email. See Section 4 of our Terms of Use for the full policy.

Privacy

Where is My Journey Log saved?+
In this version, the records in My Journey Log stay only in your own browser and can be deleted whenever you want. No text from My Journey Log is synced to the cloud. Downloaded materials are saved on your own device.
How is my data handled?+
Read our Privacy Policy for the full details. In short: we collect only what's needed for the service to work, we don't sell your data, and you can exercise your privacy rights through the contact channel listed there.
